Former radio personality and public figure Ngizwe Mchunu is reportedly facing legal action following allegations that he made defamatory remarks targeting political leader Julius Malema.

According to reports, an urgent court application has been brought forward seeking to restrain Ngizwe from making further statements deemed harmful to Julius’s reputation. IOL reported that in one of the statements placed before court, Ngizwe alleged that Julius had “recently got 60 million from Nigerian drug dealers” and claimed the EFF leader was “willing to lose everything that he has politically in order to protect Nigerians and other illegal immigrants.”
