Prep time: 15 minutes
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 5 cups double cream, chilled
- 1 cup castor sugar
- Caramel sauce, for serving
- Pistachio nuts, for serving
- Whip cream until stiff.
- Gradually add sugar and peanut butter. Mix well.
- Spoon into a freezer container and freeze until set. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
