  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 5 cups double cream, chilled
  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • Caramel sauce, for serving
  • Pistachio nuts, for serving

Three ingredient ice cream 

  1. Whip cream until stiff.
  2. Gradually add sugar and peanut butter. Mix well.
  3. Spoon into a freezer container and freeze until set. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve with caramel sauce and pistachio nuts.
