No need for an ice cream mixer or complicated recipes to enjoy yummy homemade ice cream with this three ingredient ice cream recipe by Ntwenhle Gcabashe.
Prep time: 15 minutes
- 4 cups double cream
- 1 canned condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon pink salt
- Shortbread, for serving
- Chopped ginger in syrup, for serving
- Whip cream until stiff stage.
- Gently stir in condensed milk. Transfer into freezer container. Freeze until set. Let it sit outside freezer for 20-30 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle with pink salt, shortbread and ginger.
