Refilwe Modiselle, a renowned media personality, has embarked on an exciting new venture, adding the title of team-building coach to her impressive repertoire.

The trailblasing model and actress took to her Instagram account to share the news, posting a compelling video that showcases her expertise in leading group sessions.

In the video, Refilwe is seen facilitating a team-building exercise with a group of professionals, who share their dreams, aspirations, strengths, and weaknesses in a supportive and interactive setting.

Reflecting on her new role, Refilwe encouraged executives and business owners to consider booking her services, promising a unique and dynamic approach to team building that fosters holistic well-being and corporate growth.

Refilwe’s team-building coaching services, aptly named Refilwe Vanillablaq Team Building, offer a distinctive blend of her corporate experience and entertainment background.

By leveraging her expertise in both fields, Refilwe creates a transformative and engaging team-building experience that yields tangible results. As she aptly puts it, “Instead of taking your teams on weekends away with no actual fruits yielded, book Refilwe Vanillablaq Team Building services.”

The video shared by Refilwe features a session she curated in collaboration with Dr. Mokwena of Ganala Kriel Occupational Health and Wellness Centre. The session also includes a virtual appearance by Ndebele culture expert and musician Dr. Nothembi Mkhwebane, as well as the support of her assistant coach, Agrippa Dumisani.

Refilwe’s transition into team-building coaching is a natural progression, given her extensive experience in the corporate world and the entertainment industry. As she explains, “With my history in the corporate environment, and joint experience in entertainment, God, in my destiny, said it’s time to somewhat marry the two and serve differently and uniquely.”

This new chapter in Refilwe’s career is a testament to her versatility, passion, and dedication to helping others grow and thrive. As she continues to inspire and empower individuals and teams through her coaching services, Refilwe remains committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.

“I sacrificed a lot of my younger years to make sure that family always comes first. That I would be my mom’s anchor, that there would be bread at the table,” she said.
