Beef & Tomato Pasta Soup

500g beef mince
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, peeled and grated
3 cloves garlic, crushed
8 cups (2L) warm beef stock
410g tin tomato puree
2 x 410g tins chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons (30ml) Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons (30ml) brown sugar
2 cups (500ml) FATTIS & MONIS Screws
handful parsley, chopped

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium high and cook the beef, onion, carrots and garlic for about 8 minutes until browned. Season.
  2. Add the stock, tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, Worcestershire and sugar. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the FATTIS & MONIS Screws and cook for about 20 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Mix through the parsley and season.
