- 6 chicken thighs, skinless, deboned and chopped
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 thumb-sized fresh ginger, grated
- 2L (8-10 cups) chicken stock
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover with lid and cook for 35-45 minutes.
- Serve with bread slices.
