South African athlete and author Sipho Marima showed up for his daughter as she got her first menstrual period.

Taking to TikTok the father of two posted a video of himself at the retail shop getting the care package. In the video he had a voice over that explained fully what had happened.

He said that he was at work when his daughter called to tell him that she had gotten her first menstrual periods. He then went to the store and go her everything that he thought she would need from period essentials to snacks.

Sipho also added that he had to purchase snacks in double because he did not want the younger sister to cry. “I then went home and give the young lady some love and tell her it is all normal,” he concluded.
