Love knows no bounds! A video trending on social media shows a jailed man pulling out all the stops to virtually propose to his girlfriend.
According to the American publication New York Post, the loved-up jailbird and rapper named Kenyana Jones, better known by his stage name Yatta, is serving a 12-year prison sentence in connection to a 2016 murder.
However, this did not stop him from popping the question to his now-fiance Belly Belle!
The soon-to-be bride was met with a large heart-shaped bouquet, a “marry me” sign, white-stemmed roses and white petals forming an aisle by the waterfront, and a violin playing in the background. At the end of the aisle was Yatta… who was seen on a monitor.
Sharing a video of the surprise proposal on TikTok, Belle wrote, “I got engaged to my best friend, my person, the love of my life, my life partner that I can’t imagine being without [him]. The sleepless nights without you, the anxiety I get worrying about you, the ups and downs we have been through, the time apart. This sh*t doesn’t get easy, some days are harder than others but you’re worth everything. To be loved by you is the biggest blessing within itself. I love you so much, baby.”
New York Post shares that Belle’s mother assisted by putting the rock on her finger.
