  • Protect lawn

For those who are absolutely invested with their yard and how presentable their lawns appear, then this hack is for you. To protect your lawn from  pests and fungi, Spic and Span – a cleaning company services – makes mention that using acid content beer may be the solution to all your problems as the fermented properties will protect your grass.

  • Hair shampoo 

For more “shine and luster” looking hair Men’s Health – a lifestyle magazine that is centered around offering men fitness, health and entertainment content  –advises that you boil a cup of beer over medium heat for 10 minutes in a saucepan . Once there is about a quarter cup of beer remaining as the boiling process would have reduced the alcohol present in beer, allow to cool and pour this into your favorite shampoo or simply use as it as a shampoo. This remedy is highly advised for those with dull looking hair looking for hacks to change that.

  • Soothe tired feet

According to Men’s Health soaking your feet in cold beer will soothe tired feet. It further states the beer must be ice cold in order to do the trick,

  • Cleaning gold jewelry

While many of us own this type of jewelry, we can also attest that it often gets dirty quite quickly.  To give a fresh new look ad polish , Spic and Span says that soaking it in beer for a few minutes and finish off by rinsing it with water.

  • Wooden furniture restoration

Here is a hack that will have your furniture looking all sparkly and brand new. Spic and Span advises you gently rub beer on your wooden furniture with a soft microfiber cloth. They further explain that the beer will produce a nice finish that will maintain ”color and the shine of your wooden furniture.”
