The habit of only working on our bodies towards summer is something we should have all let go of in the previous year. This year we dedicate time and commitment to our bodies and put in effort all year round with the intentions of not only achieving body goals but also being healthy individuals overall.

Another thing we are letting go of this year is the assumption that healthy bodies are only achieved in the gym. If you are still holding onto that mentality then allow us to introduce you to the concept of calisthenics exercises. According to Healthline – a health and wellness site –  these exercises are reliant on body weight and work towards “the development of strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.”

Calisthenics exercises are guaranteed to work on your whole body, without requiring nothing but your body. It is further explained that calisthenics workouts are suitable for everyone, ranging from beginner to advanced lifters. Forbes Health – an editorial team that consists of medical experts – states that there are multiple benefits to calisthenics exercises, with the most accommodating being “the ability to do this form of exercises anywhere.”

A TikTok user who goes by the handle KingXthenics, shared that calisthenics workouts helped him to achieve the body strength and transformation he currently has. He explains that calisthenics workouts have enabled him to achieve his body goals in the comfort of his own room. The video provided is a beginner friendly edition that is suitable for everyone.
