Woman applauded for offering to help with adopting children

South African author and businesswoman Zibu Masotobe Sibiya is praised for giving people an option to adopt.

With South Africa having several cases where infants are left alone or dumped along side the road in a plastic bag, Zibu is trying to fight that.

There are a few ways to always make sure that you do not get pregnant when you are not ready. When you are sexually active, it becomes your duty to make sure you play safe.

This involves making sure that you and your partner are using protection or, even better, you are on contraceptives.

All these are free at any public clinic in South Africa to help reduce not only teenage pregnancy but the amounts of infants being left alone because one doesn’t want or have the financial stability to raise them.

Taking to her Facebook page, she shared a detailed post mentioning that if anyone is pregnant or already has a baby but because of unforeseen circumstances one is maybe thinking of abandoning the baby, she urged that they don’t leave them in the forest.

Giving people a platform, she said that they could privately inbox her to make arrangements to pick up the baby.

She further promised that she would never disclose their identity, she will send someone wherever they are to pick up and lastly, she will arrange with social services for placement of

baby.

“I know it can be hard, but please, it’s not safe to just leave the baby on its own,” she concluded her post.

Followers took to her comment section to give her a thumbs up.

One user said: “Oh Zibu, you’re a hero! Your kindness and generosity are a beacon of hope for those who feel lost and alone.”

Another one wrote, “You have helped a woman before, and I am in awe of you! You did a very hard thing so gracefully!”

“This is a great initiative SisZibu. Very kind of you. God bless your heart,” wrote another one.
