The 70’s and 80’s babies will remember Loyiso Bala’s hit song Musukukhala as of the best songs to come out of Mzansi. Singer, music composer and Umhlobo Wenene FM manager Loyiso Bala went down memory lane performing his 25-year-old hit single Musukukhala with a live band live.

The Bala Family reality TV star shared a video of himself singing and playing the keyboard with the band and captioned it.

Social media users got excited to hear the songs, still shocked that Musukukhala was 25 years, they shared:

“25 Years? Hectic, kanti how old are we ?. This song is definitely one of my faves!”

“Oh my gosh, I can’t believe I just sang along and remembered the lyrics…ndimdala (I am old) ?. What a blessing it is to be alive, such little reminders❤️.”

“I know all lyrics yerr I was still at varsity then playing all your songs??Sigugile yhooo (we have aged). The 2ks are lost. ?. God is good can’t believe the man you are today. More blessings to you.”

“Big Bro, you’re sensational! What a holistically brilliant human too. The other day I was reflecting on how my primary school music teacher would show me videos of the Drakies before I joined the DBCS. You were “the face” and voice of so many of those inspiring videos and audio cassettes☺️. Needless to say, becoming a Drakie and finding my own voice, inspired by you, Maestro Bunny, Meester Vaughan, @hakonmatti, Are Frode Søholt, @ralfjschmitt, and many others was life altering! Thank you for consistently evolving your awesomeness and being a pure light. Continued blessings to you in all your endeavors ?.”
