Fans of singing sensation Vusi Nova will get a better look into the star’s life as he is set to launch his reality television series, Vusi Nova Unprovoked.

The show is to premiere on Saturday, 2 March on SABC 1 and will feature Vusi’s family and friends, including media personalities Somizi Mhlongo, Moshe Ndiki, Mihlali Ndamase and 047 group members from his record label, Nova Sounds, reports TshisaLIVE.

“I am extremely private, and I give a lot of myself through my music. I always told myself I would go this route,” said Vusi to the above-mentioned publication. “There are people who have always been curious about my life and what I do off stage, so I decided, let me let people in a bit because people have been curious.”

Vusi, who is set to drop an album this month, shared a snippet of his reality show on his social media.

The Ndikuthandile singer also noted that the life-revealing show is as real as it gets. He further told TshisaLIVE, “Nothing is scripted. It’s pure reality and that’s why I went with ‘Unprovoked’ because it was a conscious decision to open up.”

Sharing his fears too, Vusi stated, “Just by this, people get to understand the sort of person I am, which is quite scary as well. People know me as a lover boy. The scary part for me is people are now going to sort of understand who I really am.”
