While the entire world has taken the day to honour their loved ones on this day, Miss South Africa 2018 Tamaryn Green and her husband Ze Nxumalo have found a different reason to celebrate love this year. The happily weds have revealed the birth of their firstborn daughter!
Taking to Instagram, the loving pair subtly shared the news of becoming parents by posting a gallery of pictures, one of which showed their newborn all covered in hearts.
Captioning her post, she wrote: “Our first Valentine’s Day as a family of three.”
She later shared her picture of her gift from Ze, which contained a card that read, “Happy Valentine’s Day baby! Thank you for our little girl. Now I have two favourite girls. Love you, Ze.”

Those entering the comment section could not believe their eyes as congratulatory messages streamed in from their online followers.
Among those entering the comments was Miss South Africa Mia Le Roux, who wrote, “Congratulations”. Another wrote, “Oh my word! Hearty congratulations to you Queen.”
The couple first revealed their pregnancy in August last year, the same day that Tamaryn celebrated her 30th birthday.
While celebrating herself on the big day, she later shared a post that shows her and Ze revealing pictures of the ultrasound scans, accompanied with the caption, “Couldn’t have asked for a better gift on my 30th birthday. What a blessing we have been given.”
