One thing about Rachel Kolisi, she has been transparent about her healing journey after her divorce from Springbok captain, Siya Kolisi.

From sharing her solo trip to Botswana that she has been longing for, to sharing quotes that align with healing.

Recently, the mother of two took to her TikTok page to share a candid clip that oozes a heartfelt display of vulnerability of her standing in the sunset, with a touching voice-over that says,

“I can’t just wake up and be okay, and I haven’t been okay for a really long time. I’m so tired, but I know that the pain that you go through right now is nothing compared to the blessing you’re about to receive.”

While Rachel shared a quote in her caption: “Bravery is not the absence of fear, but the action in the face of fear.”

The voice-over message may resonate with the challenges of overcoming her emotional pain in the wake of her recent divorce which was announced in October last year on socials, after a marriage of eight years.

TikTok users took turns to share their thoughts in the comment section, with some sharing encouraging messages.

“Heal Loudly, we almost lost you in silence,” said one user.

Another user said: “I refuse to let you be sad in the world where your ex is happy. Get up and dance Queen! Being happy on purpose is everything.”

Another one said, “And one day he will realise it, just one day. We will keep u in our prayers Rachel.”
