Musician Nadia Nakai finally set the record straight regarding her relationship with SA rapper Cassper Nyovest.
The rapper appeared on Kaya FM’s breakfast show this week. While speaking to Sammy T and Sol Phenduka, Nadia set the record straight as she addressed reports which stated that she had fallen out with Cassper Nyovest who was her label boss.
The Young famous and African star said that it is not true as Cassper gave her an opportunity to launch her career.
Nadia added that she did not date AKA, to spite Cassper. However, AKA and Nadia had just happened to fall in love.
“For the longest time, I’ve never interacted with this person until when I was about to leave Family Tree.”
“It just happened the way that it happened and I don’t know how to explain it. I feel like it’s something that God did. I feel like I don’t have to explain the Cassper element,” she told Kaya FM.
Nadia Nakai is currently dating South African rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes who is professionally known as AKA.
AKA has been vocal about his love for Nadia, as he told Drum magazine about his undying love for Nadia.
“I am in a fantastic place. Love is in the air. Nadia and I have been together for about a year and just enjoying each other. “
“Music always unites us. Both of us being both artists complement our relationship.”
“I plan to take on festivals and concerts and just keep people entertained this festive season,” he told the publication.
