Actor, Model and businessman Maps Maponyane is the host of Mzantsi Magic’s (DSTV 161) new show, Mzantsi Icons that celebrates living legends in different industries.
The Mzantsi Icons sees guests like Kwaito legends like Kabelo Mabalane, sport executive Jessica Motaung to discuss what took them to what get where they are and some of the lessons they have learnt along the way.
The show is set to premier as of 18 October 2022.
“South Africans love their media personalities, and the opportunity to get to know them – in their own words – is one we know audiences will enjoy,” M-Net’s director of local entertainment channels Shirley Adonisi said.
“With a host who has shown his reliability and is versatile enough to dive deep into topics as deftly as he can keep things light, audiences will have a new show to add to their list of Mzansi Magic favorites.”
