Lady Du wants to mentor boys and girls as she launches her own record label

When it comes to the youth in our country, many of them require guidance and mentoring to navigate life and their careers. Award-winning musician Lady Du is embarking on a new adventure with this goal in mind.

Taking to social media, the prominent DJ and amapiano singer whose real name is Duduzile Ngwenya took a moment to tell her fans about the new developments happening her life as she took a bold step to open her very own record label.

Taking to Instagram, she expressed her excitement, writing:

“I had a dream and God made it possible!”

“Welcome to our record label! I’ll be mentoring young boys and girls. We already signed four boys at the moment who I will personally look after! It has a been a good four months of recording and writing. I ask that you support my boys!”

She further highlighted that this business is something she hold close to her heart and wants to upskill those who will be under her care.

“Music has the money if you do it the right way.”

Just days after announcing the news of her newly established record label, she has soon share clips showcasing how her mentees have been growing and curating their own sounds and making hits.

She has since also allowed them to brush shoulders with others in the industry to learn some valuable skills going forward.

“God bless my boys, wishing them all the success in the world. Please support them when we drop. I want to help them become whatever they dreamt of becoming. Mentorship is important,” she wrote.
