There was a room filled with emotion as Orlando Pirates coach Jose Roveiro took his final bow as he said farewell to his beloved PSL players and coaching staff.

While his coaching journey with the club did not exactly end in the manner in which he would have liked, the Spanish football manager ensured that his last time with the buccaneers would be one to remember.

Taking to the social media platform Instagram, the club shared a post in which they were seen engaging in the last bit of fun before their long-serving stalwart’s departure.

This comes following their recent 3-0 victory over Golden Arrows. The celebrations continued to the dressing room, where he can be seen wearing traditional Zulu attire while busting some silky-smooth dance moves. The video has since gone viral and become the talk of the town.

When asked about whether he would consider coaching another local team again, the coach simply replied with the answer, “No”. He added that he will always just see himself as a buccaneer.

With his position now vacant, the club recently announced that they have filled it by acquiring the services of an interim manager.

“The remaining matches of the season will be overseen by Assistant Coach Mandla Ncikazi. He will take charge of the team on an interim basis. He will be supported by Head Performance Analyst Rayaan Jacobs and the rest of the Club’s technical and support staff,” Orlando Pirates said in a statement.
