DJ Sbu opens up about the success of Mofaya

South African musician and businessman Sibusiso Leope, better known as DJ Sbu, is celebrating the success of his brand Mofaya.

The DJ took to his social media to share an image of when they were establishing the first proudly black-owned energy drink. He reflected on the early days of his business and its challenges.

Taking to his Instagram timeline, he said:

Taking to Twitter, now know as X, he said:

The DJ remains the beacon of hope to the youth of South Africa, who hail him as an inspiration.

“You’re an inspiration Sbu ? personally no lie I don’t buy Mofaya cause its my fav but because its black-owned and local brand. To growth ?,” one social media user commented.

“Black child…. Son of the soil arise…. Get inspired… this is awesome razo lam I wish one day I can meet you and get inspired as well ??,” another social media user wrote.

“One thing about you grootman, you testify your journey. The inspiration you share is visible to everyone’s eyes. May the grind continue…… More blessings, more money to you,” another user added.
