Amapiano vocalist Sandile Msimango Young Stunna appreciates Kabza De Small for being the biggest blessing in his life as he announced his sophomore album.
The Adiwele hitmaker revealed that he has learnt a lot from him.
In a lengthy Instagram note, Stunna gave everyone who has helped him in his journey their flowers.
“2 years ago, I was introduced to a whole new world. I felt how pops @kabelomotha_ believed in me and had his own vision, we were so channeled & connected. The only thing on my mind was to keep on doing good, focus on what I came here for, with all the love & energy inside me because I love music with all my heart and I met someone who puts his heart into it, Kabza De Small is the biggest blessing in my life I don’t wanna lie, taught me a lot and that’s why I’m still taking care of this gift, the right way. “Indlela Ibuzwa kwabadala,” he wrote.
Young Stunna revealed that Kabza helped with his first album, which opened doors for him.
“He gave me the best first offering, I didn’t know what was going to happen, but releasing my first album was the beginning of a new beautiful journey, a looooong one I swear. Life itself came with its own lessons and I went through it, until now, I’m still standing. My first album gave me so many opportunities, I met some of y’all, made friends, made family, got deals and I didn’t let any of them sliiiide, I’m Mashaya.”
Concluding his note, the vocalist further revealed how he was introduced to DJ Maphorisa and his industry mother.
“Papa introduced me to an amazing team @lawk_comm, an amazing uncle @djmaphorisa & my moooooms @keupzz , without these people I was gonna be a lost goat, knowing that they are proud of me today makes me the happiest person ever. I’ll continue making myself and them proud, I’ll continue taking care of my family and making sure this gift takes care of all of us, I’ll make sure to keep making meaningful music that won’t die, music that will change people’s lives, I’ll continue giving this my all because without music there is no life. so let me give you some life & energy,” he wrote.
Young also announced a new single which will be dropping soon, and his second album.
“Dropping my new single “uNONKOSI” , that’s gonna lead my second album. Official artwork dropping soon.”
