Costa Titch’s mother hints he was poisoned as she demands toxicology tests. The mother of the late Amapiano rapper and dancer called out the National Health Laboratory Services for failing to release her late son’s test results.

The South African star died on 11 March 2023 while performing on stage at the Ultra Music Festival at the Nasrec Expo Centre. The Big Flexa hitmaker fell twice on stage and people presumed that the lighting and smoke on the stage affected him, hence leading to his death.

Two months after his death, the mother took over his Instagram account and suggested that her son was murdered.

Returning to Instagram on 23 May, Costa’s mom said the toxicology test results of her son is being delayed, and without it, the police can’t do any investigation.

The late rapper’s mother also stated that if someone poisoned her son, they may get away with manslaughter because the police cannot conduct an investigation without those results.

“The National Health Laboratory Services can take months or even years to finalise toxicology tests. This means I am not the only mother in South Africa that has to wait for answers. It also means if anyone did poison my son, they could get away with murder. I’m pleading for help to get answers as even the police cannot do anything without these medical results,” she wrote.

The revelation from the late rapper’s mother came as a shock to many as peeps flooded the comment section of the late musician in support of his mother.

One social media user wrote: “Mama Costa, can’t you get all these tests done privately? Imagine waiting for years just to get closure. Love and light to you.”

Another wrote: “Can we not start a gofundme page for him to raise money so we can do the test privately? I’d donate and love to help.”

“We are waiting with you for justice to be done…be strong. You are not alone,” wrote a fan.
