#MyFaceMyStory

What story does your face tell?

POND’S have come up with an exciting campaign called Faces of POND’S to tell your stories and to celebrate you.

POND’S hosted their launch event for the Faces of POND’S campaign at Maponya mall in Soweto on the 1st of August, where a lot of ladies, including myself as BONA’s online editor, came to share their stories in the hope of becoming one of the 20 Faces of POND’S who will appear in the brand’s next big advertising campaign.

I was treated to a free skin analysis with the lovely POND’s Beauty Advisers who pointed me in the direction of the perfect product range for my skin, which just happened to be the products I’m already using: POND’s Flawless Radiance™.

The Gauteng Winters really dry your skin out and since 2007, I’ve been relying on the POND’s Flawless Radiance™ range to moisturise my skin, without leaving it oily. It’s really light and effective in Summer too!

I then enjoyed being a model for a couple of minutes in their professional photo booth where I had my pic professionally taken for the campaign and they then add your Polaroid to a wall of other pics of Faces of POND’S hopefuls.

I had to tell the story of my face which in is nutshell is: “This is the face of someone who has come a long way and still has many dreams to fulfil.”

POND’S is going around the country to all these malls so pop along to an event near you and enjoy the Faces of POND’S experience!

I had such a ball, I’m going along to the Birch Acres mall event (5-7 September) in Tembisa.

1445 women have already shared their story and are in line to be the next Face of POND’S; you too can be a part of this! If you can’t make the mall events, simply upload a pic of yourself holding you favourite product here.
