Today is World Lipstick Day. Lipstick is a crucial element that completes a make-up look. Bold, bright and beautiful lips are the latest trend to follow.

Follow these easy steps to apply lipstick correctly:

  • Outline the lips with a lip liner that matches the lipstick colour of your choice. Make sure that the liner isn’t darker than the lipstick; use the same colour or a shade lighter to give you plumper lips.
  • When applying your lipstick, start from the middle of your lips working outwards to ensure the colour is spread evenly.
  • To perfect the look, apply concealer using a small make-up brush or sponge around the lips where necessary to clean around the lips
