Nothing brings comfort and ease to these scorching hot summer days and our taste buds like a delectable dessert that is cold, sweet, tasty and creamy. The best thing about ice cream is that it can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Bring an end to the January boredom by making this exciting affordable and tasty DIY frozen yoghurt treat in the comfort of your own home. This recipe may even use some of the leftover ingredients that were left from all those December gatherings, saving you money and helping you create some of the most exciting January moments  and memories with your loved ones.

Guiding us through the steps and ingredients of this easy to make recipe is Mahlodi Lesego Matuludi.

Mahlodi is a food stylist. baker and recipe developer who goes by the handle dijo_vu on Instagram. She achieves this no churn frozen yoghurt by using various loved ingredients such as canned fruits. plain yoghurt, condense milk. whipped cream and so forth.
