Make this indulgent warm and rich chocolate pudding by Ntwenhle Gcabashe

Serves: 8–10
- 2 cups cake flour
 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
 - ½ cup cocoa powder
 - Pinch of salt
 - ½ cup castor sugar
 - 4 eggs
 - 1 egg yolk
 - 1 cup (250ml) milk
 - ½ cup (125ml) strong coffee
 - 1 cup (250ml) oil
 - Pomegranate seeds, for serving
 
Chocolate sauce
- ½ cup castor sugar
 - ½ cup cocoa
 - 1 cup chocolate chip
 - 1½ cups (375ml) cream
 - 2 tablespoons margarine

- Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
 - Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt and sugar.
 - Whisk eggs, yolk, milk, coffee and oil. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well; do not over-stir. Spoon dough into lightly greased muffin tin, and bake for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through.
 - Meanwhile, heat chocolate sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Cook until slightly thickened. Pour over warm cake and serve with pomegranate seeds.
