Top 10 most expensive suburbs in South Africa

South Africa, a nation steeped in a diverse history, offers more than just cultural richness. Among the scenic routes and breathtaking cities, there are suburbs known for their lavishness.

According to the real estate company Seeff Property Group, nine of the most expensive suburbs are in Cape Town, with only one suburb representing Johannesburg, making Cape Town the place to be for those with deep pockets.

From the iconic Mother City to the City of Gold, here are 10 of the most expensive suburbs in the country, ranging from the least to the most expensive, according to Seeff Property Group via BusinessTech.

10. Constantia Upper – Southern Suburbs, Cape Town

Average price: R13.1 million
