ZESTY POTATO SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 500g baby potatoes
  • 250g bacon, diced
  • 1 cup (250ml) canned or frozen peas
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Robertsons Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Robertsons Garlic Salt
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (250ml) mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes until soft Drain and allow to cool.
  2. Fry bacon in its own fat until crispy, remove and cool.
  3. Cut the potatoes in half and place in a large bowl; add bacon, peas, onions and Robertsons Herbs and Spices to the potatoes.
  4. Add mayonnaise and toss lightly to mix.
