ZESTY POTATO SALAD
- 500g baby potatoes
- 250g bacon, diced
- 1 cup (250ml) canned or frozen peas
- 1 tsp (5ml) Robertsons Lemon Pepper
- 1 tsp (5ml) Robertsons Garlic Salt
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (250ml) mayonnaise
- Boil potatoes until soft Drain and allow to cool.
- Fry bacon in its own fat until crispy, remove and cool.
- Cut the potatoes in half and place in a large bowl; add bacon, peas, onions and Robertsons Herbs and Spices to the potatoes.
- Add mayonnaise and toss lightly to mix.
