Ingredients
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • pizza base
  • 1cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1cup mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, cubed
  • Handful basil leaves to serve
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
  2. Combine tomato and garlic. Season well.
  3. Roll out the base and spread over the tomato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Top with basil leaves before serving.
