Sweet And Sour Chicken

Ingredients
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 cups canned pineapple pieces, drained
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • pizza base
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
  2. Combine chicken, sauce, pineapple and peppers.
  3. Roll out base, spread over the sauce mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
