Sweet And Savoury Pizza

Ingredients
  • Pizza base
  • 2 cups cream cheese, smooth
  • 4 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (10ml) orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange rind
  • 2 cups cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and caster sugar together and spread over the rolled out base.
  3. Combine bananas, juice and rind in a bowl and spread on the base as well. Finish off with the cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
