- 12 slices wholewheat bread
- 100g PnP Butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) PnP Mustard Sauce
- 4 PnP Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 PnP Onion, thinly sliced
- 125g Deli PnP Sliced Sandwich Beef
- 125g Deli PnP Sliced Cooked Ham
- 125g Deli PnP Sliced Shoulder Ham
- 200g PnP Cheddar Cheese, sliced
- Handful PnP Butter Lettuce
- 4 PnP Sweet and Sour Gherkins
- Work on a clean surface. Spread butter on all slices of bread. Top with a layer of mustard sauce.
- Layer tomatoes, onion, beef, ham slices, cheese and lettuce on six slices of the bread. Top with remaining bread slices. Place 3 sandwiches on top of each other, thread gherkins through skewers and skewer the stack of sandwiches. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
