Pork Chops In Curry Sauce

Ingredients
  • 8 pork chops, grilled
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) curry paste
  • 1 cup (250ml) cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced almonds to serve
  • Parsley to serve
Instructions
  1. In a large frying pan. Heat butter, add onion and cook until soft.
  2. Add curry paste, cream and season well. Simmer until thick.
  3. Add pork chops. Remove from pan and sprinkle almonds.
  4. Serve with parsley.
