Ingredients
  • 1 cup margarine
  • ½ cup castor sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups self-raising flour, sifted
  • ½ cup (125ml) milk
  • 2 cans of pineapple, chopped (do not drain)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180?C.
  2. In a bowl, cream the margarine and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and beat gently.
  4. Fold in the flour and milk.
  5. In a cake dish, place all the contents of the cans of pineapple (including the syrup in which they are canned).
  6. Pour your batter over the pineapples.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  8. Serve warm or cold.
