Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons (45ml) oil
  • 8-10 pork cocktails sausages
  • 4 large red onions, cut into wedges
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a frying pan, heat the oil.
  2. Add the sausages and fry until light brown.
  3. Add the onion wedges, garlic and chilli and fry for a further 10-15 minutes.
  4. Season well with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
