Mixed Fruit Frozen Yoghurt recipe

Beat the heat and keep cool with this delicious cold treat.

Serves: 8

  • 1 apple, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 2 bananas, chopped and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • Granadilla pulp, for serving
  • Ice cream cones, for serving
  1. Blend all fruits, honey, yoghurt until smooth.
  2. Freeze overnight.
  3. Scoop into cones and drizzle with granadilla pulp before serving.
