Mint and Chocolate Ice Cream recipe

Serves: 8

  • 1 cup mint chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chip
  • 4 cups (1L) double cream
  • 1½ cups (375ml) condensed milk
  • Ice cream cones, for serving
  1. In a large bowl, whip cream for about 8–10 minutes or until fluffy.
  2. Add milk and chocolates, and mix. Transfer into container and freeze.
  3. Serve with cones.
