Ingredients
  • 2 cups minced meat
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoon mixed dried herbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups canned tomatoes
  • pizza base
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to200˚C.
  2. In bowl, combine mince, crumbs, herb and egg. Form small balls.
  3. Heat the tomato and sugar in a saucepan and add the meatball and cook for a further 8-10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the base and place the meatballs and sauce evenly on the pizza. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes.
