Ingredients
  • 1 cup canned peaches, drained
  • 1 cup apple, chopped
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ cup castor sugar
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Spoon peaches, apple and raisins in an oven dish.
  3. Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar, chocolate chips and butter. Rub to form soft crumb dough.
  4. Spoon the dough on top of the fruit; bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
