Fish and Lemon Mushroom Sauce

Serves: 4

  • 4 haddock steaks
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
  • 2 cups Greek yoghurt
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Season fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter and fry fish for 5–10 minutes each side. Remove from pan.
  3. Place garlic and mushrooms in pan, and cook for 4–5 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice and yoghurt. Season.
  5. Serve with fish.
