Cherry & Peach Sorbet recipe

Try making this delicious sorbet without the use of an ice cream maker.

Prep time: 35 minutes
Serves: 8–10

  • 4 cups cherries, stones removed
    2 cups nectarines, sliced
    2 bananas, chopped
    Handful mint leaves, chopped
    2 cups (500ml) lemonade

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer into a plastic container. Place into freezer.
3. After 10 minutes, beat with a folk. Put back into the freezer until set.
