Carb-free meal: Cauliflower & spinach patties

Here’s a quick and easy carb-free meal that won’t leave you hungry.

Cooking time: 4–5 minutes

Makes: 10–12

  • 2 cups spinach, cooked
  • 3 cups cauliflower, cooked and mashed
  • 1 spring onion, chopped and cooked
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced and cooked
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pepper
  • Lettuce for serving
  • Sliced tomato for serving
  • Sweet chilli sauce for serving
  1. Mix spinach, cauliflower, onion, garlic and bacon in a bowl. Make patties.
  2. Heat butter and fry each patty for 4–5 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Serve with lettuce, tomato slices and sauce.
