Ingredients
  • 1 pkt chicken portions (about 750g)
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Robertsons Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Robertsons Garlic Salt
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup (65ml) oil
Instructions
  1. Cook chicken portions in boiling water for 30 minutes, remove and cool.
  2. Arrange chicken in a dish, rub with Robertsons Herbs and Spices, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle with oil and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Cook on a braai.
