Broccoli & Apple Smoothie recipe

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

  • 2 cups broccoli stalk, chopped
  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped
  • ½ banana, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups low fat yoghurt
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • Mint leave to serve
  1. In a blender, combine broccoli, fruits, yoghurt and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
