  • 4 cups Gnocchi, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups bacon
  • 1kg spinach
  • 2 cups (500ml) cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cerebos salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
  2. Heat butter and add bacon. Cook until soft.
  3. Add spinach, cook until wilted. Season with pepper.
  4. In a seperate bowl, whisk cream and eggs together and season well.
  5. Combine gnocchi and bacon mixture and spoon this into an oven dish.
  6. Pour over cream mixture and bake until set.
