Congratulations to veteran actress Dr Lillian Dube is set to be bestowed with the National Order of the Ikhamanga which is awarded to South African citizens who excelled in arts, culture, literature, music, journalism & sport. The National Orders Awards are the highest awards that a country, through its President, bestows on its citizens & eminent foreign nationals. The news was announced by the Director-General in The Presidency, Dr Cassius Lubisi in Pretoria.

Other notable recepients of the Orders include legendary musician Sipho Hostix Mabuse, retired Justice Dikgang Moseneke and former Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf.
