Cristiano Ronaldo has signed a new two-year contract with Al-Nassr, reportedly worth over £500 million, making it the most lucrative deal in sports history.
According to The Sun, the package includes a base salary of £488,000 per day, a £25 million signing bonus (rising to £38 million if extended), and a 15% stake in the club worth £33 million. Ronaldo will also receive £4 million in private jet perks and the support of 16 full-time staff paid by the club.
The deal positions the 39-year-old as a “dream ambassador” for Saudi Arabia, with additional sponsorships potentially raising his earnings beyond £500 million.
Despite a second straight trophyless season, Ronaldo confirmed he will remain at Al-Nassr, where he has scored 99 goals in 111 games. He continues to close in on his personal milestone of 1,000 career goals — with his current tally at 938.
