When it comes to the groove culture there are not many that compare to that which comes from South Africa. Regardless of where in the country you may find yourself, you are guaranteed to come across someone who knows how to bust a couple of dance moves to the sound of a melody.
It is probably safe to say that Groove is another one of South Africa’s official languages.
Recently, the internet found itself in stitches after a woman’s shopping spree turned into so much more than that.
While many of us try out a new pair of sneakers merely to see whether they are comfortable and are the right fit, one TikTok user ensured that her dream sneakers would stand the test of time no matter what it goes through.
In a video shared by @Yangaa.F, a woman can be seen putting her shoes through an intense exercise to test whether they are groove-proof.
In the video, the lady is seen trying on a brand-new pair of Nike Airforces. While it appears to be her size, she quickly does a rapid speed test by propelling herself up into the air, doing some ankle twisters, a jog to the left, and one to the right and it appears that the sneakers were just what she needed.
In her caption, she wrote: “You have got to test the shoe before using it.”

Taking to the comment section many found themselves hysterically laughing.
“Testing if it can survive in groove movements,” wrote one person.
Another added: “The shoe should be fit for groove.”
A third user added that those dance moves were not a joke.
