This caring father is taking his father and daughter relationship to the next level.

In a video on Tik-Tok which has since gone viral, the man is seen taking care of his little girl’s natural hair.

In the video the man captured the moment he bathed the little girl, dressed her up, and attended to the girl’s hair. Before he could plait her hair into cornrows, the dad, who goes by the name of @wakaman96 on TikTok, took his time to wash and moisturise the little girl’s hair.

After bathing his baby, the man settled down to braid her hair into beautiful cornrows.

This video has startled many social media users who reacted to the video and wondered how he was able to style her hair with so much ease as the little girl sat there without crying like many little girls do, when plaiting their hair.

Others also pointed out the values and self confidence the father is instilling in his daughter by spending so much quality time with her which is so important in the life of a female.

A daughter’s relationship with their father can play a key role in their psychological development.

According to Very Well Family, when fathers are present in their daughters’ lives, girls grow up with a healthy sense of who they are. They are more confident and self-assured and have a clearer understanding of what they want in life.

This short video shared by the father got many people online praising the loving father for his parenting skills after he showed how well he cared for his daughter.

One social media user commented: “When we talk of real men, we talk of you brother.”

Another said, “this is beautiful, bless you my brother.”

“You are a real father.”

“Good job papa”

“This one will not take BS from no man, princess treatment only”

“Much respect for you my brother.”

The video has generated over 9.9 million views at the time of writing, however it continues to grow.
