WATCH: TikToker cooks with homegrown, foraged ingredients

TikTok is known as one of the social media platforms that a lot of people use for their benefit. Over the years, the app has grown to be very helpful to many, it has helped many content creators gain recognition, and it has also been a source of information for lifestyle purposes.

One user, Onezwa Mbola took it upon herself to share her journey of being a content creator who cooks her meals with crops she grew, raised, and foraged.

Onezwa is also the founder of eMandulo – a South African company that produces homegrown and handmade condiments and seasonings.

In the video below, Onezwea shares how she made sea salt from scratch.

Onezwa also shared how she makes mozzarella cheese at home.

In a different post, she shared a video of herself preparing samp and beans with crops she grew.
